In March of 2012 The Atlanta Business Chronicle awarded Pediatria the Pacesetter Award at their annual awards ceremony. This was the third consecutive year the company has received this coveted award.
The Pacesetter Award is given to companies that experience a two year growth of 50% or more. We not only met that criteria but greatly surpassed it! Starting with a handful of employees in 2006, we have grown to a team of nearly 1,000 serving over 500 families in 5 states. Our business nearly doubled over the past two years and is up over 600% since 2007!
How did we do it? We put together the best clinical team we could find and blended their talents with the most experienced pediatric management team in our industry. We planted our flag in cities where the need for our services was lacking and we gave (and still give) great service to the patients, their families and the medical community who trust our skills.
The future continues to look bright for Pediatria. There are many more cities where they need our services and many more opportunities for us to demonstrate our ability to make a difference in the life of the medically fragile children entrusted to our care. We truly are “Pacesetters”.

Pediatria Healthcare was recently recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. The award, The Pacesetter, identifies companies that achieve excellent growth in revenues and employees. Companies are ranked by a growth index formula, used to even the field among businesses of various sizes. The revenue and employee growth indexes are the percent change from 2007 through 2009 multiplied by the absolute change for the same years.
Pediatria HealthCare is not a daycare center, nor is it a hospital. But it combines the best of both worlds. It is a pediatric day health care facility, providing physician-planned treatment as well as a place that is safe to leave one’s child when getting back to work or school.
